The McKenzie Assessment Form Manager can be used with any modern browser
on Windows, Mac OS and Linus. Adobe Flash Player is required, but is
freely available from Adobe.

The Assessment Form Manager is developed by MIBIT ApS in collaboration
with Institute for Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy Denmark to ensure
that the forms are in accordance with the official international McKenzie
guidelines. The digital versions of the McKenzie assessment forms are
published with the acceptance from McKenzie Institute International.
MIBIT ApS wants to enter in partnerships with other national McKenzie Institutes. Representatives of national McKenzie Institutes are welcome to contact us for more information on our partnership program.
